ROSE PRODUCTIONS POLICY

SPACE RENTALS (Hourly):

  1. Two hour minimum

  2. If you are booking for another individual, you are responsible for any damages and cleaning

  3. Space rentals DO NOT include access to the supply closet, food or beverages, or supplies for your event (please have all necessary supplies on hand the day of your event) 

  4. You will be allowed 20 minutes before your event to set up, and a 20 min grace period to clean after your event has ended (if more time is needed it will be added to your hourly rate)

  5. 1 month notice must be given if you wish to book on a major holiday (Christmas Eve, thanksgiving, New Years eve, New Years Day, Easter)

  6. 2 week notice must be given if you wish to book on non major holiday (4th of July, Mothers/Fathers Day, etc)

  7. Christmas Day is CLOSED for bookings every year

  8. PRICING space rental pricing will be at a 150% rate on major holidays. Ex. Bookings will be $75/hr etc (prorates accepted)

  9. If you are providing a service similar to an RP service and are targeting customers from the community, your prices MUST be congruent to the RP prices. Any other price MUST be advertised as a promotion ONLY. Bookings that are not targeting the RP community or do not contain services provided by Rose Productions may include alternate pricing

SPACE RENTALS (Weekly):

  1. All rules within hourly rentals will apply here

  2. Weekly rentals are 7 consecutive days (Monday-Sunday) 

  3.  If you are utilizing our limited weekly space rental deal, you will have the choice between 8 hour blocks daily; this is from as early as 8am to as late 10pm. If you have a gig that runs later than 10pm you will have to book at our standard hourly rates.

  4. If you wish to host a gig where there will be music and or tickets being sold at the door, this information would need to be disclosed prior to the event.

  5. Unused time or days will not be prorated with a weekly rental

SPACE RENTALS (Monthly):

  1. All rules within hourly rentals will apply here 

  2. Clients who wish to pay monthly will be required to sign a lease

  3. Monthly bookings must be paid in full at the beginning of each agreement date

  4. Any late payments will result in late fees as per each individual agreement

  5. Incidentals and security deposit required

FREE STUDIO TIME:​

  1. All rules within hourly rentals will apply here

  2. Cannot be used to replace an already scheduled booking

  3. Cannot be used on major holidays

  4. 1 month notice must be given if you plan to use free studio time on a major Holiday weekend

  5. Date of use must be indicated within 30 days of receipt

  6. Hours must be used on the same day (unless there is an exception)

  7. Dates cannot be rescheduled

  8. If you are granted studio time and wish to give it to another individual, you will be responsible for any damages and cleaning

  9. You will be allowed 15 minutes before your event to set up, and a 15 min grace period to clean after your event has ended (if more time is needed it will calculated under hourly rates)​

BOOKINGS/CLASSES:

  1. $25 deposit required for ANY booking/class $50+ 

  2. $50 deposit required for ANY booking/class $100+

  3. Bookings/classes at or exceeding $500 will require a 25% deposit

  4. Multiple booking dates require their own separate deposit

  5. Paid in full amount will be required the day before your event or service

  6. Any class or service under $25 will need to be paid in full the day before 

  7. Deposits must be paid in order to reserve your booking date/time. Calendar will remain open until deposit is secured; Paid invoices will be sent immediately

  8. Credit card payments will include additional state taxes and fees

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Cancellations for daily classes (Wine & Design/Arts & Crafts) will be granted a full refund within a 24 hour notice

  2. Full refund less the deposit for hourly, weekly, and monthly space rentals within one week of notice, and a 50% refund less the deposit within 24 hours of notice 

  3. Cancellations for Group/Party bookings will be granted a full refund within one week of notice, a refund less the deposit will be granted within 72 hours of notice, and a 50% refund less the deposit within 24 hours of notice

  4. Free cancellation for term courses within the first class less the deposit. No refund after the second class

  5. If there is a "no call no show" for a scheduled booking, you will be required to pay 25% of your previous booking in order to book for a future date

DEPOSITS:

1. Deposits will total in the amount of half of the booking total, not included rental items (please keep in mind that you must add the amount hours you will need for your booking as extra hours on the day of may not be available)
