What makes our podcast space rentals different than our traditional space rentals is that we cater to you! Podcast and film equipment will be available for hosts and cohosts if necessary. Production assistants will also be available upon request. Please refer to pricing below. PODCAST EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN MONTHLY LEASES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Packages: Custom: Prices vary (You choose what you want) Primary: $75/hr (Space rental + podcast equipment) Premium: $95/hr (Includes: Space rental, podcast equipment, lighting, and PA) Itemized price list w/ out package: Space rental $50/hr Podcast equipment $30/hr Lighting equipment $10/hr Production assistant $25/hr (Includes Director or photography and gaffer) Basic Podcast edit $200 flat fee (Per episode) up to 1hr Contracts will soon be available for those who wish to do weekly/monthly bookings, as well as those who wish to rent studio equipment.
